Some customers are unable to see the names and icons of some integrations

Issue Summary:

On July 24, 2019 at 12:31 p.m. PDT, we started receiving reports of integrations displaying blank names and default icons. The root cause was traced to a recent update, which caused a relevant process to experience errors. We tweaked the update, which allowed it to start running as expected, and by July 25, 2019 at 10:54 a.m. PDT, integration names and icons were loading once again.
