We’re investigating an issue with the Email app

Issue Summary:

On July 24, 2019 at 12:31 p.m. PDT, we started receiving reports of the "Email to Slack" app failing to load in a new window. The root cause was traced to a recent update, which caused a relevant process to experience errors. We tweaked the update, which allowed it to start running as expected, and by July 25, 2019 at 10:57 a.m. PDT, emails from this app were loading in a new window once again.

Errors changing Channel Management settings on Free plan.

Issue Summary:

On July 24 from 12:31p.m. PDT - July 25 09:14 a.m. PDT, owners and admins for Slack workspaces on the Free plan were unable to make changes to their channel management settings.

This was due to an error that restricted all channel management features to teams on a paid plan. We were able to fix the error on this page, and confirmed everything was back to normal at 09:14 a.m. PDT.
