On August 1, 2019 starting at 11:00 p.m. PDT, we received reports that some Enterprise Grid customers were unable to mention team members. Upon investigation, we identified that a backend update to the search feature caused some team members not to appear in the autocomplete. We reverted the update and the issue was fully resolved on August 2, 2019 at 3:55 p.m. PDT.
