Issue Summary:

On August 5th starting at 9:57 a.m. PDT, we received reports that some Enterprise Grid customers were unable to mention team members. This was due to an earlier issue we had thought to be resolved on August 2nd at 3:55 p.m. PDT after we reverted the update that caused it.

This didn't resolve it for all affected customers though, so our team then deployed a fix and the issue was resolved for all customers on August 5th at 2:27 p.m. PDT.

Tagging teammates in messages is working once again. If you're experiencing any trouble here, reload Slack using Cmd/Ctrl + R and you should see an improvement. Sorry for the disruption and thank you for bearing with us.

We're investigating reports of autocomplete not tagging users properly in Enterprise Grid workspaces. Our team is looking into it and we'll share more as soon as we can.
