On August 7, 2019 at 2:16 p.m. PDT, one of our servers received a large number of requests, resulting in Slack being unavailable to customers whose workspaces were hosted on that server. The server recovered from this traffic at 3:59 p.m. PDT, restoring service to the affected workspaces.
