On August 22, 2019 at 10:09 a.m. PDT, we deployed a code change that resulted in all forms on our website being unusable for customers. This included the "Contact Us" form and the sign up form, among others.
Our team became aware of the issue and reverted the previous code change resolving the issue on August 23, 2019 at 12:47 PDT.
