Connectivity issues for some workspaces

Issue Summary: On August 7, 2019 at 2:16 p.m. PDT, one of our servers received a large number of requests, resulting in Slack being unavailable to customers whose workspaces were hosted on that server. The server recovered from this traffic at 3:59 p.m. PDT, restoring service to the affected workspaces.

Customers may find that they can connect again now, although we are still working on ensuring this issue is fully resolved. We will come back and update here once we have that all clear.

We have found that some workspaces are facing connectivity issues. We are investigating at the moment and will share more information as soon as we have it.
