Enterprise Grid Admins are unable to load some sections on the Org Dashboard

Issue Summary

On September 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. PDT some pages in the Org Dashboard were not loading for Enterprise Grid customers.

Due to a previous issue with search functionality, we had deployed a small change intended to exclude a particular type of user from being queried. This inadvertently resulted in excluding any entity that wasn’t a user, which caused issues with data showing in some Org Dashboard pages.

Our team updated that change, resolving the issue at 3:18 p.m. PDT.

We’ve heard reports that Enterprise Grid Admins are unable to load some sections on the Org Dashboard. Additionally, some Grid users are unable to load workspaces from the Org Landing Page although workspaces can still be accessed directly. Our engineers are on the case and we'll keep you posted on any updates. Thanks for your patience.

We’re looking into an issue with Google Calendar and Outlook integration request failures

Issue Summary:

On September 3, 2019 at 5:53 a.m. PDT, increased load on the services that manage our calendar apps led to a bottleneck. This caused requests to back up and eventually fail. After some minor code and database changes, we were able to process the requests and the situation was under control as of 1:34 p.m. PDT.
