We've received word that service has recovered, and all Slack customers should be able to access our Help Center and reach our support team once again. We apologize for any delay in receiving support resulting from this interruption, and we're working to get back to everyone as quickly as possible.

Due to an upstream issue with one of our service providers, customers may be unable to contact our support team or access our Help Center, and may experience a delay in receiving responses from us. This should not impact any functionality within Slack. We are keeping a close eye on this and will keep you posted once we have more information to share.
