Calls not working for Windows users running desktop app 4.1

Issue Summary:

On September 25, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. PDT, an unexpected error was introduced that affected the size of the Calls window. During this time, customers were unable to access the buttons to answer an incoming call. We launched an investigation and found the error. The Calls window was fully working again by October 4, 2019 at 6:58 p.m. PDT.

We’ve rolled out a fix for the issues with Slack Calls. For those affected, please refresh your Slack app twice by pressing Ctrl+R to see those changes. If you continue to see troubles with this, please contact us through feedback@slack.com.

We’re still investigating issues with Slack Calls for Windows desktop app 4.1. As a workaround, Calls should work on the Chrome browser. Thanks for bearing with us.
