On October 7, 2019 at 6:36 p.m. PDT, we identified a change that inadvertently impacted the posts feature. As a result, customers were unable to open or create new posts in Slack. After reverting these changes, full functionality was restored to posts and the issue was resolved at 9:56 p.m. PDT.
