Some customers are seeing an error when connecting to Slack

Issue Summary: On October 3, 2019 from 2:46 p.m. PDT, some customers started seeing an error when trying to connect to Slack. This issue was caused by a change we deployed. We reverted this change at 10:15 p.m. PDT, which allowed affected customers to reconnect to Slack. We determined the issue was fully resolved at 10:48 p.m. PDT.

Customers affected by the "1AE32E16D91F" error should no longer have trouble connecting to Slack. We’ve rolled out a fix and have confirmed Slack is back to normal. Please send a note to feedback@slack.com if you continue to experience issues.

We’re still working towards a full resolution, but we're seeing improvements. For those affected, clicking the prompt to reload or refreshing Slack with Ctrl+R or Command+R should help. We'll report back here once this is completely resolved.
