Some customers are unable to close the 'Share file' window

Issue Summary:

On November 7, 2019 at 5:32 p.m. PST, we discovered that some customers were unable to close the ‘Share file’ window. This was caused by a code change that we deployed earlier in the day. We reverted the code change and determined that this had resolved the issue for all customers by 6:20PM.

We're happy to say that the 'Share file' window can be closed again for those who were affected. We apologize for keeping you away from your work during this time.

When hovering over a file and choosing 'Share file', some of our customers are having trouble closing this window. We're currently investigating, and we'll keep you posted as soon as we have more information. In the meantime, refreshing Slack with Ctrl+R or Command+R will help. We're sorry for the disruption.
