Some Enterprise Grid customers are having trouble accessing Slack

Issue Summary:

On November 19, 2019 at 3:40 p.m. PST, we discovered that some Enterprise Grid customers were having trouble using SSO to sign in to the desktop app. We determined that a change that we made to the login flow was the culprit and we reverted the change — resolving the issue at 8:25 p.m. PST.

We've been given the all-clear! Everyone should be able to access Slack from their desktop apps once more. We're so sorry for disrupting your day. We really appreciate you sticking with us through that.

We’ve started to see improvements with these access troubles though we’re still monitoring closely. Thanks again for your patience here.

We believe we've identified the cause of these access issues and are working on getting a fix out as soon as possible. We’ll be back with another update soon.

Some of our Enterprise Grid customers are having trouble accessing Slack workspaces in our desktop apps. We're currently looking into the cause, and we'll keep you posted as soon as we have more information. For those affected, access to Slack is still available through a web browser. We're sorry for the disruption to your day.
