Some customers are having trouble accessing workspaces on our mobile apps

Incident Summary:

On November 15, 2019 we introduced a change to the Single Sign-On login flow in Slack for mobile. This lead to some people being stuck in a loop when trying to sign into our mobile apps. Following reports from affected customers, on November 27 we rolled back the change and restored the previous SSO login flow.

Users should no longer be facing trouble logging in to their workspaces from their mobile, using single sign-on (SSO) or otherwise. Thank you for sticking with us while we worked through this.

Some customers are currently unable to login to Slack on our mobile apps, particularly when using single sign-on (SSO). We're currently investigating, and we're sorry for the disruption. In the meantime, you can login with the following steps:

1. Visit https://slack.com/signin on a mobile web browser
2. Sign in to the Slack workspace
3. Tap 'Open Slack' to launch the workspace in the Slack app
