Issues with using Workflow Builder

Issue Summary:

On December 11, 2019 from 10:34 a.m. PST, some Slack customers began experiencing issues with Workflow Builder. In particular, the button to initiate a workflow from the channel’s actions menu was missing. We made a code change that inadvertently removed this button. After identifying the change, we took steps to reintroduce the button and the issue was resolved by 3:02 p.m. PST.
