Issue Summary:

On January 10, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. PST, we deployed a change that altered how external links were being handled. This had the unintended affect of causing Slack message links to open in web browsers. We removed this change, which restored intended behavior, and an all-clear was called on January 12, 2020 at 6:54 p.m. PST.

Slack links should open in app again as expected after reloading (CTRL/⌘ + R). Thanks again for hanging tight!
