Some Enterprise Grid customers are having trouble inviting Guests

Issue Summary:

On January 28, 2020 from 5:30 p.m. to January 29, 2020 at 10:31 a.m. PST, customers attempting to invite an existing guest account to a Grid workspace were caught in a loading loop. This was caused by an unexpected result in the invite logic. We deployed a change to correct the logic on January 29, 2020 and called the all clear at 10:31 a.m. PST.

After investigating further, we determined there was no impact to inviting new guests to workspaces on Enterprise Grid. Rather, we were no longer clearly communicating if there was an attempt to send an invitation to a guest already in the workspace. We'll now display an error if a guest has already been invited to the workspace. Thanks for bearing with us while we sorted this out.

Some of our customers are having trouble inviting guests to workspaces. In particular, this appears to be affecting our Enterprise Grid customers. We're currently investigating the cause and we'll keep you updated on new information. We're sorry for the disruption.
