On January 29, 2020 from 3:19 a.m. PST, customers experienced several issues when using Slack. In particular, customers may have seen errors when sending messages in Slack or when visiting our Help Center. A spike in traffic caused an overload on one of our databases. We provisioned more backend servers and the traffic spike passed. The issue was resolved at 3:22 a.m. PST.
