On February 3, 2020 from 1:41 p.m. to 2:56 p.m. PST, customers who have opted to store their data in Frankfurt were unable to send messages in Slack. We fixed the misconfiguration that caused this issue, and we're working to prevent this from happening again. We apologize for the disruption.
