Trouble with links on iOS

Issue Summary:

On February 5, 2020 at 12:59 p.m. PST, we kicked off an incident to investigate a potential issue with how links were being handled in our iOS app. We believed that this could have affected deep links to DMs, channels, messages and other parts of Slack. After thorough investigation, we determined that this was a false alarm and customers were unaffected. We called the all clear at 2:00 p.m. PST and we apologize for any confusion this caused.

Customers using our iOS app are being directed to their mobile browsers after clicking on links from Slack. For those users trying to sign in with an email confirmation link, please sign in manually at this time. We're working to resolve this issue so users are directed to the mobile app as expected. We're sorry for the trouble.
