Trouble connecting to desktop app ("ERR FAILED" error)
We’re happy to report that customers using our desktop app should be able to reconnect by restarting Slack or their system. For those still seeing the error code "ERR FAILED" after attempting this, please drop us a line at feedback@slack.com so we can troubleshoot the issue with you directly. Thank you for bearing with us and we apologise for this disruption.

We're looking into reports that our desktop app, primarily those using Windows, are seeing an "ERR FAILED" error when trying to access their workspaces. If you try to restart the application and are still seeing this error, please write into feedback@slack.com and we'll dig into it.
