Issue Summary:

On February 28, 2020 from 12:44 p.m. PST until 2:50 p.m. PST, customers may have experienced search queries failing or repeatedly retrying due to unexpected load on the search feature. We paused indexing work and temporarily disabled filter suggestions for files, which reduced the load and allowed it to recover. This restored full search functionality for all customers.

Some customers are unable to search in Slack. We're currently investigating, and we're sorry for the disruption.
