Trouble with the "Jump to date" channel feature

Issue Summary:

On March 3, 2020 from 9:45 a.m. PST until March 4th 11:07 a.m. PST, customers were unable to use the Jump To Date feature in Slack. We had deployed a small code change that should not have affected any functionality, but a previously undiscovered error caused Jump To Date to stop working. We rolled back the change and resolved the issue completely at 11:27 a.m. PST.
