On March 4th, 2020 from 9:05 a.m. PST until 10:59 a.m. PST, customers were unable to join calls across all platforms. This was a result of a small change in our calls infrastructure. We identified the bug, fixed it, and full functionality was restored by 11:03 a.m. PST.
