Incident
Issues loading content in Slack
Issue Summary:
On March 12, 2020 at 9:00 p.m. PDT some customers began experiencing intermittent issues viewing channel names, user names, and posts. This occurred when our auto-incrementing encoded IDs grew from 8 to 10 digits which caused some issues with the codebase. By March 13, 2020 at 3:43 p.m. PDT we had fixed our code to better handle IDs with longer ID lengths.
