From 1:40 p.m. PDT on April 14, 2020 until 10:54 a.m. PDT on April 15, 2020, we experienced an issue impacting our Enterprise Key Management (EKM) feature. People in workspaces that use EKM may have seen errors when viewing Slack during the time we ran an internal configuration management tool. Further testing of the tool has not resulted in any customer facing errors, though we are continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue.
