Issue Summary:

From 5:02 p.m. PDT on April 23, 2020 to 9:26 p.m. PDT, some customers were unable to access the Shortcuts button. We deployed a code change that inadvertently caused an issue with the way this menu was displayed. This meant that some actions controlled by the Shortcuts button were unavailable. We reverted the change and deployed a fix to resolve the issue.
