Some customers are having trouble signing in through SSO

Issue Summary:

On May 07, 2020 from 5:20 p.m. PDT, some customers customers may have had issues signing in to Slack via SAML single-sign on (SSO). Existing sessions were unaffected. This was caused by a change that we made earlier in the day. We reverted the change and confirmed that SAML SSO logins began working as expected again. We called the all clear on May 07, 2020 at 8:02 p.m.

If you're affected by the issues with SSO (single sign-on), we’re starting to see some steady improvements and we're continuing to monitor this on our end. We'll confirm as soon as the SSO login flow is working as it should be.
