Our team has investigated the issues with loading channels and threads properly, and believe this should be resolved now with a refresh to your workspace (CMD/CTRL + SHIFT + R). If that's not the case, please let us know at feedback@slack.com and we'll look into it further.

Customers may be experiencing an error when trying to load a channel or DM in which there is a draft message. Threads may also affected. Our team are investigating and we will follow up as soon as we have news to share. In the meantime, clearing the message from your ‘Drafts’ section in the sidebar should help.
