Issue summary:
On June 7, 2020 at 11:58 p.m. PDT a script that was included in the app config pages began overwriting one of our libraries. This resulted in some users being unable to update their app configurations, such as adding new scopes and updating request URLs.

We began investigation on June 8 at 2:32 a.m. PDT and once the issue was identified, we set a flag on the app config pages that ensures those extra scripts are not included. The issue was resolved for all users by June 8 at 11:21 a.m. PDT.

We've identified the cause of this issue, and made some changes on our end to fix things up. As a result, everyone should be able to update their app configurations once again. We apologize for any disruption this may have caused to your day.
