Issue summary:
On June 11, 2020 from 1:00 a.m. PDT until 7:49 a.m. PDT, customers were unable to see some recent messages and files in their search results. We traced this issue to a recent change made to the configuration of our internal deployment instances.

We disabled the instances experiencing this issue, which allowed our search indexing jobs to catch up to real time. As a result, all impacted users were able to see up-to-date search results without issue.
