Duplicate messages posted when creating a file with the Google Drive shortcut

Issue Summary:

On June 15, 2020 from 4:12 p.m. PDT until 8:00 p.m. PDT, some customers may have noticed that creating a file with the Google Drive shortcut resulted in multiple messages being posted to channel. We discovered that some changes that we made to message composition and file uploads in Slack had inadvertently affected the Google Drive shortcut. We corrected the problem and deployed a fix, resolving the issue on June 15, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. PDT.
