Trouble with file uploads saved as drafts

Issue Summary:

On June 11, 2020 from approximately 4:30 p.m. PDT until 6:53 p.m. PDT, Slack experienced an issue where uploaded files appeared in the Drafts section. In particular, customers may have seen that uploaded files remained in the message input field and that removing the message in the Drafts section also deleted the uploaded file. We identified and reverted the change that caused this issue, restoring the expected file upload and Drafts section behaviour. The issue was resolved at 6:56 p.m. PDT.
