Incident

Some customers having difficulty loading the Slack app on iOS

Issue summary:
From 12:22 p.m. PDT on August 3, 2020 until 10:09 a.m. PDT on August 4, 2020, some iOS users were unable to load Slack. We determined this was caused by a change to how we handle dictionaries in our most recent iOS app update, which inadvertently led to performance issues for members of workspaces with very large custom emoji dictionaries. We released a change to how we manage emoji dictionaries, which cleared up the issue for all impacted users.
