Trouble with app and workflow submit buttons

Issue summary:
From August 10, 2020 at 2:44 p.m. PDT to August 11, 2020 at 11:25 a.m. PDT, customers may have noticed blank or faulty "submit" buttons throughout Slack. In particular, this may have occurred when using the /feedback command, or updating certain settings.

We launched an investigation and determined the issue was caused by the recent removal of some necessary code that we previously believed was a duplicate. We reverted the change that removed the code, which resolved the issue.

Functionality is almost back to normal, but we're still working towards a full resolution. We'll be back with another update as soon as we can confirm the issue is resolved.

We've identified the probable cause and are working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please refresh twice using Ctrl/Command + Shift + R and the text should reappear for the submit buttons in app and workflow modals. Thanks for bearing with us.
