On August 4, 2020 from 2:50 p.m. PDT to 3:45 p.m. PDT, customers were unable to load our User Groups admin page. Functionality of this page was dependent on components of a software framework that we recently updated, and those changes rendered the page unusable.
After reverting the changes, functionality of the page was restored and the issue was resolved at 4:06 p.m. PDT.

We have released a fix and everyone should be able to access their user group dashboard (https://my.slack.com/admin/user_groups) after a reload (Command/Control + R). We're sorry for any interruption this may have caused to your day and if you are still encountering any trouble let us know at email@example.com.

Some customers may be experiencing issues loading the user group dashboard at https://my.slack.com/admin/user_groups. We are actively looking into this issue and we'll let you know once we have an update to share.
In the meantime, folks running into trouble can still view and manage their team's user groups by clicking "People & user groups > User groups" from the top of the channel sidebar in their Slack workspace.
