Issue Summary:
On September 8,2020 from 2:00 p.m. PDT to 10:35 p.m. PDT, some people were seeing errors when trying to send workspace invitations using the “Invite People” button. After investigation, we traced the problem to a recent code change. We reverted the change and verified this resolved the issue.

The reported issue with Workspace invitations failing for some customers should now be resolved. Please try reloading Slack (press Command/Control + Shift + O) and let us know at feedback@slack.com if you are still running into any issues. We apologize for any disruptions to your work day.

We're still working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, some customers have reported improvements after reloading Slack [CMD/CTRL + Shift + O] and/or restarting their web browser.

Workspace invitations are failing for some customers. We are currently working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, we apologise for the disruption. We'll share another update as soon as we can.
