From September 10, 2020 at 3:58 p.m PDT until September 10, 2020 at 9:31 p.m. PDT, customers experienced issues installing certain apps from the Slack App Directory. Upon investigation, we found that an earlier fix for an unrelated bug had inadvertently affected the installation of some apps. We reverted this change, which resolved the issue for all affected customers.

Some customers may be experiencing issues installing apps from the Slack App Directory, including Zapier, Bugsnag, and Polly.
