On November 23, 2020 from around 2:02 a.m. to 2:20 a.m. PST, some users in Europe experienced their workspaces not updating in real-time, such as being unable to receive new messages automatically. Affected users would've seen a grey banner with a prompt to load new messages.
This issue was caused by a change we made that unintentionally increased the memory usage on some servers. We rolled back the change to resolve the issue.
Note: We've updated the times in this message, as this issue occurred during a different time frame than we initially thought.
