Incident

Some users are unable to sign in using SSO

Issue summary:
On November 30, 2020 from around 10:31 a.m. to 2:10 p.m. PST, some users were unable to sign in with SSO.

A login-related code change we made resulted in errors that prevented some users from initiating new sessions. Some users were unable to sign in with SSO when signing in for the first time, or after being signed out. We resolved the issue by rolling back the code change.
