SCIM API may be failing for customers
Issue summary:
On December 15, 2020 from 16:47 to 18:26 PST, customers may have experienced SCIM API failures.
We implemented a change to the SCIM API to support filtering based on the guest attribute, however, this began generating errors.

Degraded performance for about 0.1% of workspaces
On December 15, 2020 from 11:08 a.m. to 11:18 a.m. PST, about 0.1% of workspaces may have experienced trouble connecting to Slack or sending messages due to a small portion of our database being down.
While impact to users was resolved after 10 minutes, we launched an investigation to better understand what caused the database failure in order to prevent the issue from happening again.
4:14 PM PST
A fix has been deployed, and functionality has been restored to impacted users. We'll be back with a summary of the issue.
1:01 PM PST
We believe service should be restored now and previously impacted users should no longer be experiencing issues with Slack. We're continuing the investigation and working to put together a permanent fix. We'll follow up when that's in place.
12:17 PM PST
We're currently investigating an issue where about 0.1% of workspaces may have difficulty loading Slack, or experiencing degraded performance. We apologize for the trouble, and will let you know when we're out of the woods.
