Issue summary:
On January 16, 2021 from 3:11 a.m. to 3:58 a.m. PST, some customers had trouble loading Slack or may have experienced a "Try again" notice when sending messages due to a small portion of our database experiencing failures.

We launched an investigation to better understand what caused the database failures and took steps to prevent the issue from happening again.

Customers affected by the issue with loading Slack or sending messages should no longer be having trouble. We’ve rolled out a fix and have confirmed Slack is back to normal. Sorry for the hassle while we sorted this out.Please send a note to feedback@slack.com if you continue to have any trouble.
