On January 16, 2021 from 3:11 a.m. to 3:58 a.m. PST, some customers had trouble loading Slack or may have experienced a "Try again" notice when sending messages due to a small portion of our database experiencing failures.
We launched an investigation to better understand what caused the database failures and took steps to prevent the issue from happening again.
