On January 26, 2021 from around 8:29 a.m. to 9:38 a.m. PST, some users encountered trouble in Slack, such as seeing a banner prompt to "Load new messages" in order to receive new messages.
We carried out an investigation and confirmed Slack was operating as expected. The problem seemed to be isolated to an internet service issue that affected users on the East Coast, so we moved to monitoring the situation.
