Issue summary:
On February 26, 2021 around 3:00 p.m PST, a small number of users had trouble using the shortcuts button in announce-only channels.

Our team determined that a recent pull request to fix an accessibility problem was the cause of the issue.

The request was reverted, and by February 27, 2021 at 4:39 p.m. PST, the affected users were able to use the shortcuts button normally again.

Note: Some previous updates in this posting were temporarily removed in error. We have since added them back.

We’ve rolled out a fix and workflows in announce-only channels are back to normal. If it’s still not quite right, please try a refresh using CMD/CTRL + SHIFT + O.

We’ve identified the cause of the issue with missing workflows in announce-only channels and we’ll be deploying a fix as soon as possible.

Some customers may be experiencing trouble using workflows in announce-only channels via the lightning bolt / shortcuts menu. We apologize for the disruption.
