On February 4, 2021 from around 12:00 a.m. to 12:05 a.m. PST, then from around 1:40 a.m. to 2:15 a.m. PST, some users were unable to search in Slack.
We had an incident on February 3, 2021 where some Enterprise Grid users had issues with search. Lingering effects from that incident caused search to fail for additional users on February 4, 2021. We resolved this issue by restarting the affected systems. Once the restart was complete, search worked as expected for affected users.

Some people may have seen errors while searching from 1:37 a.m. to 2:16 a.m. PST. We've taken action, and search is working normally again. We're continuing to investigate to ensure this doesn't recur, and we'll update you with any new information.
