Incident

Issues editing user groups and transferring workspace ownership in a browser

Issue summary:
On February 2, 2021 from around 12:49 p.m. to 8:13 p.m. PST, some users were unable to add new members to user groups or transfer workspace ownership.

A code change inadvertently led to a bug in some of our autocomplete functionality. This meant that the dropdown menus for adding a member to a user group or transferring workspace ownership only listed the logged in user, not all of the eligible workspace members.

Once we identified the cause, we pushed out a fix which resolved the issue.
