Some users in Norway unable to connect to Slack

Issue summary:
On March 4, 2021 around 11:00 p.m. PST, we began investigating trouble for some users in Norway who were unable to connect to Slack.

We determined Slack was operating as expected. The problem appeared to be due to an internet service issue, and we moved to monitoring the situation.

Starting around 12:40 a.m. PST on March 5, 2021, we started seeing signs of improvement for affected users. We continued to monitor the situation until around 4:00 a.m. PST, but didn't see additional troubles for users in Norway.

From our monitoring, we believe this issue is resolved. Customers in Norway who were experiencing problems connecting to Slack should no longer be having trouble. If you continue to encounter any trouble, please let us know at feedback@slack.com.
