Issue summary:
On March 10, 2021 from 6:24 p.m. to 8:19 p.m. PST, some customers experienced difficulties opening channels, direct messages (DMs) and group DMs, from the sidebar and Quick Switcher.

We identified that the behaviour was introduced in a recent code change, which was then reverted to resolve the issue.

We've resolved the issue and everyone should be able to open private channels and group direct message conversations again. If you are still affected, please reload Slack with Command/Control + Shift + R.
